Overall Rating:

Who is Adam Enfroy?

Adam Enfroy started from humble beginnings. He wasn't born rich and pretty much had a typical upbringing like the most of us.

He did the college thing, had odd jobs like working at a pizza place, washed dishes and other odd jobs.

He took an interest in digital marketing, which is what changed everything.

Fast forward, He landed a great job at BigCommerce as an affiliate manager and then became the director of digital marketing.

During his tenure at the company, he decided he wanted to "be his own boss" and started his blog - AdamEnfroy.com in 2019.

He applied what he learned working at various startups and used the same ethos to start his blog. He approached blogging with a CEO mindset, having a clear path in mind. This involved cranking informational and promotional content with a focus on link building.

This approach built his blog very quickly and people took notice. In fact, he was even recognized in publications like Entrepreneur.com and Forbes.

It's no wonder many people search online for Adam Enfroy reviews or Blog Growth Engine course review.

Who is Blog Growth Engine For?

Blog Growth Engine is the perfect course for anyone looking to start a profitable blogging business. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced and successful blogger, this comprehensive course provides an A-Z framework for building your blog business.

It covers everything from setting up your blog and creating content to SEO and marketing tactics. The easy-to-follow over-the-shoulder guides make it accessible to everyone, regardless of experience level.

This isn’t a get-rich-quick scheme; it’s designed for those who are serious about blogging as a business. The price tag and short refund period reflect that commitment, so if you’re not ready to invest in your blog, Blog Growth Engine may not be the right choice for you.

But if you’re willing to put in the work and follow the step-by-step instructions, this course can help you achieve success with your blog.

Who is it Not For?

I briefly touched on this above, but if you're looking to make a quick buck, stay away. This course doesn't mess with any get-rich-quick schemes and is instead focused on helping you to build a sustainable and profitable blog.

If you have no interest in investing time, money, or energy into your blog then Blog Growth Engine isn't for you.

Finally, if you are expecting some kind of 'magic' solution from Adam that doesn't involve any effort from you - look away.

How Do You Make Money With Blog Growth Engine?

Blog Growth Engine is a comprehensive course that helps bloggers build and grow their blogs to get traffic from search engines.

It emphasizes treating the blog as a startup and building it around one's personal brand. It shows you how to become an online authority in your niche and also a real business owner.

There are a few ways Blog Growth Engine shows you how to make money.

1. Affiliate Marketing

Monetization of your blog is mainly done through affiliate marketing. Affiliate marketing is where you promote other people's products. If someone buys from your affiliate links, you'll earn a commission. Learn more about affiliate marketing.

Adam is involved with over 100+ affiliate marketing programs. You could easily identify them by just visiting his site - AdamEnfroy.com.

He focuses mainly on products that offer high commission rates and also recurring commissions. Recurring commissions are when someone would subscribe to a service that has a monthly charge. If they bought through your link, you would get a commission each time their subscription renews.

Adam does not mess with low-paying commissions when it comes to affiliate revenue such as with Amazon Associates. He focuses more on larger networks like Impact, ShareASale, CJ, and more.

2. Display Ads

He also teaches you how to make money with display ads. It works like this - you create content, build an audience, and then get paid when visitors to your website view the ads. This is done using Google Adsense or any other ad network like Mediavine or Ezoic.

3. Sponsorships

Blog Growth Engine also covers sponsorships. This involves working with companies and brands in exchange for payment. You could be asked to promote their products or services on your blog. For example, Adam has a lot of "roundup reviews" which are posts that showcase the best products in a niche.

For example, let's say he has a "best email marketing software" post. He might have a particular product in the #5 spot. That company would reach out to him and offer him a set rate to bump it up to number 1. The more competitive the niche, the more money they are willing to pay.

To give you an example, I think I remember him saying that one company paid him $5000 a month just to have it displayed in the number 1 spot.

4. Course Creation & Other Methods

While Adam doesn't show you how to create a course, he does leverage his course to make money from a blog. He has an entire section devoted to teaching people how he generates revenue from selling courses.

This is a great way for bloggers to make passive income from their posts and content. If you get enough traffic to your blog, you could create a course and sell it. This can earn you a lot of money if done right. It worked for Adam.

In the later versions of the course (version 2 & 3) you are also taught how to sell links, do consulting for other blogs and other money making methods.

In 2019, he decided to create his own Blog, Adam Enfroy.com. It was registered on June 3 2018 as you can see by the whois.com info.

The rest is history. His site averages about half a million visits a month and makes in total over 250K a month. This includes affiliate income, course income, and sponsorships. Part of that is consulting but not sure if he still does that anymore.

His Blog Growth Engine course teaches you the exact strategies that enabled him to make so much money in such a short period of time.

Who is Colin Shipp?

If you buy Blog Growth Engine, you'll discover that Adam doesn't teach the course by himself.

Colin Shipp is Adam's right-hand man and co-teaches the modules in the course.

He also helps Adam with customer service, product development, and other aspects of running Blog Growth Engine.

Together they make a great team. If you decide to buy the course, you'll get to work with both of them.

Colin has a lot of real-world experience in content marketing, affiliate marketing, SEO, and more. He has worked with eCommerce and SaaS companies.

How Much is Blog Growth Engine?

Blog Growth Engine isn't cheap. The regular price of the course is a whopping $2997. However, don't be a doufus and pay full price. You can actually get it for much cheaper.

Here's how...

Blog Growth Engine Discount

You can get a 50% discount and pay just $1497 instead of $2997. How? Just watch the Adam Enfroy Masterclass - Access it here.

During the webinar, you will be presented with a discount to Blog Growth Engine. But what's the catch?

Well, you only have a few days to take advantage of the discount. If you try to access the sales page at a later date, the discount will be revoked and you'll need to pay full price.

So, don't dilly-dally. Watch the free masterclass!

Refund Policy

To get a refund, you just contact support within 14 days of your purchase and ask for a refund. There are no questions asked. Well, they might try to convince you to stay but there's nothing preventing you from getting a refund.

Blog Growth Engine Payment Plans

Unfortunately there are no longer any payment plans for the course. Back in the day they did have one, but at this time you will need to make the full payment.

Additional Costs After Buying The Course

I get this question a lot - "how much more do I need to invest after buying the course?"

I know you'll find my Blog Growth Engine review valuable but you do need to be aware of what you'll have to invest after buying the course.

Here are the associated costs:

  • Domain Name: A .com domain name will be anywhere from $10 to $15 per year. Stick with a .com. Avoid premium domains as they cost a lot. With a little creativity you can find a great domain for cheap.
  • Hosting: This can range anywhere from $3 a month to $25 a month for a decent host.
  • WordPress Theme: You can find plenty of free themes out there, so you don't need to pay for this. However, some free themes come with a premium option that gives you a lot more features which is optional. This can be anywhere from $50 to $100 a year.

The costs associated with building a site with Blog Growth Engine is pretty much the same with other similar courses. I wrote an entire blog post on how much it costs to build a website you can check out for more details.

Cost for Tools

You are going to need a variety of tools for doing research and making sure your blog is running smoothly.

  • Ahrefs: Adam does recommend Ahrefs and it it's cheap. Plans start at $99 a month. A good alternative to Ahrefs is Keysearch, which costs just $17 a month.
  • AI Writing Tool: In Blog Growth Engine, you'll learn how to craft a great article using AI. There are a LOT of options here. You could do with Jasper AI, Frase, or even just ChatGPT. A lot of these have free trials so you could just sign up and see which one you like best.
  • Content Optimization Tools: Tools like Surfer SEO and Frase will help you write SEO optimized posts that will rank better in the search engines. While Adam recommends SurferSEO, I found Frase to be just as good. It also includes an AI writer which is a bonus.
  • Hunter.io: This tool is used for outreach. Outreach is where you will contact other website owners to see if they will accept a guest post from you. Hunter will extract the email address for you, so that you can be sure you will be contacting the right person.

The above are the main tools that you will likely need. You might not need all of them but the good news is that you can save money with some of the options I provided.

Is Blog Growth Engine Worth it?

After reviewing the course material, I have come to the conclusion that although BGE is expensive - it's totally worth it. Why? Because if you follow Adam's teaching to a T, you should be able to get a lot of traffic to your blog and if you monetize it right, it will make you money. A LOT more than what the course actually costs.

Even if you end up just covering your investment of paying for the course, it would be worth it. Adam's strategies are tried and tested and he has seen success with his own blog so you technically is should work for you too if you follow the instructions.

So, if your budget allows for it - I would say go for it! It's definitely a great course to invest in. But hurry up and get the discount before it expires.

Is Blog Growth Engine Legit?

Yes, Blog Growth Engine is a legitimate course. The premise of Blog Growth Engine is to treat your blog like a business, not a hobby. This means long hours and a strong work ethic are essential for a successful blog.

Adam's success is attributed to a philosophy woven into the course as well as his hard work. It is important to note that Blog Growth Engine is a make-money course/program, so it should be taken seriously if you want to achieve results.

With the right dedication and effort, this program can help you build an online presence and make money through affiliate marketing, display ads, sponsored listings, and even your own course if you desire.

What is Included in the Course?

The training is all done through video with both an "over-the-shoulder" type training where you can see on screen what is being taught (like showing you how to search on Google for something) along with Adam and his trainers speaking directly to you on camera.

There are 11 "phases" which are essentially modules - just a different naming convention.

Here's a quick breakdown of the 11 phases:

  • Phase 1: Your Niche - learn how to build your brand and choose a niche around it
  • Phase 2: Mindset - learn how anyone can do this and how to abandon the feelings of "imposter syndrome"
  • Phase 3: Blogging Like a Startup - Learn how to start your blog like a business, not a hobby
  • Phase 4: Decoding Search Intent - So important these days. Learn why this matters and how it can save your blog from disaster
  • Phase 5: Minimum Viable Website - Using WordPress, you'll learn how to set up your blog and all the techy things that go with it - don't worry, you will be shown how to do everything.
  • Phase 6: Keyword Monetization - Learn how to find keywords that attract readers to your monetized posts
  • Phase 7: Blog Content Creation - Learn how to write blog posts and the only 2 different types of posts you will need to write - informational and promotional.
  • Phase 8: Link building - Learn proper outreach with Adam's unique strategy to land high authority links through guest posts without paying for them
  • Phase 9: Affiliate Marketing and Blog Monetization - Learn the methods of affiliate marketing that Adam uses to make 6 figures a month
  • Phase 10: Scaling and Outsourcing - Learn how to scale your blog by getting help from virtual assistants.
  • Phase 11: Monetizing Your Skills With Services: Here you will learn how to make additional money by selling links, freelance writing, consulting, and more.

Blog Growth Engine Updates

The course has seen a few updates and the most current is BGE 4.0

Some of the recent updates include:

  • New video lessons
  • Adding a weekly live Q and A session for members
  • Expanding the 1 on 1 coaching program (unlimited coaching calls with BGE coaches)
  • Private link exchange between members using Slack
  • and more to come...

Remember that with your subscription to BGE you get updates for free.

The Blog Growth Engine Private Community

As a member of BGE, you get access to the private BGE Mastermind community. Below is a screenshot from the members area:

The community is very active with a lot of people asking questions. There's a section on "wins" where people talk about their success after implementing what they have learned.

Here are some of those "wins":

Q & A Sessions

Apart from getting help from the Community forum, you can also sign up for a live Q&A which is accessible anywhere around the world.

Here you can ask questions in a live environment or just listen in to what others are saying and doing.

When you buy Blog Growth Engine, you're getting access to a lot of help so you'll never be left behind so to speak.

Unlimited Coaching Sessions

When you join BGE, you get unlimited 1 on 1 coaching sessions with Adam's Blog coaches.

This is something that you normally have to pay extra for in other courses but not here. It's all included with your one time paid membership - not a bad deal at all!

So if you're one of those that needs a lot of hand-holding, this is a going to be a great advantage for you.

This private coaching is actually one of the reasons why BGE is quite expensive. Adam hires real coaches and has to pay them. So you're not just paying for a bunch of videos to watch. You're getting access to coaches ANY time you want. Just book them through the Calendly link within your members area.

The coaching is done through a zoom call with the coaches. All of them have 4 to 5 figure blogs, so you're going to be learning from real blogging experts with real live experience in making money with blogs.

Pros and Cons

To keep my review as unbiased as possible, here are some pros and cons of the BGE course.

PROS:

  • Adam Enfroy is legit with a great reputation
  • Some students have seen success already with the course
  • 14-day refund period
  • Training is very methodical and step-by-step
  • Has a very active community for support
  • Updates are frequent and you'll never need to pay extra

CONS:

  • It's expensive compared to other similar courses
  • It's a relatively new course so not too many success stories

Are Adam Enfroy's Students Achieving Success With The Course?

Because Adam's course is relatively new, there aren't many success stories.

This is because building a blog takes time. I believe more and more success stories will start to trickle in as time goes on. There are quite a few about how they grew their domain rating higher through outreach (using Adam's tactics) but income reports are what we really want to see.

What is the Free Blog Growth Engine Masterclass All About?

The BGE Masterclass is essentially a lead-up to getting you to join the course. It does have some value though so if you've never built a blog before, you will get some value.

It essentially comes with a checklist of how to get your blog started, along with a series of emails on how to scale your blog, monetize it faster, a 0$ - $10K 90-day plan, etc.

You won't be able to scale and build a blog as Adam did with the Masterclass, because he keeps all his secrets in his course. And why not, he should.

It's worth checking out though - here is the link to join.

Blog Growth Engine Affiliate Program

Would you rather promote Blog Growth Engine than buy it? If that's the case, you can also join the affiliate program. It's hosted on Kartra.

Use this link to sign up for the program.

Blog Growth Engine Alternatives

Are there alternatives to Blog Growth Engine? Yes, there are. Here are the best alternatives to choose from:

1. Affiliate Lab

Affiliate Lab comes to you from Matt Diggity. Matt is a very respected affiliate marketer with plenty of affiliate sites in his portfolio. He's an engineer-turned-affiliate marketer and uses the skills he learned in engineering to approach SEO.

It's much more SEO focused than Blog Growth Engine, and can get very technical. However, Matt explains everything very well so even beginners will get it. It's also half the cost of Blog Growth engine even after the discount.

2. The Authority Site System

The Authority Site System was created by Gael Breton and Mark Webster from Authority Hacker. They are also very well respected in the affiliate marketing space.

This course shows you how to create a website by following along with their case study, so it's very easy to learn. You won't get this in BGE. It also gets a bit more technical than Blog Growth Engine but is still perfect for beginners.

Conclusion

So there you have it, the conclusion of my Blog Growth Engine review.

I trust that by now you are able to make a decision about whether or not you should buy BGE. Adam has a great course and a proven track record of creating an online business that makes great money. it's a great blueprint to follow. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced blogger, this course can benefit you.

Like all online businesses, it does take work. If you are not willing to do the work with a lot of patience, then it might not be for you. However, if you persist, you could definitely build yourself a nice 5 or 6 figure online business following Adam's teaching.
