Royal Prestige MLM Review: Make Money Selling Cookware?

Has somebody recommended that you sign up for Royal Prestige?

Think you can make some money selling cookware?

If you are wondering what this MLM program is and whether you should consider it, let me explain everything that you need to know in this Royal Prestige MLM review.

What is the Royal Prestige MLM Business?

If somebody tried to sign you up to Royal Prestige, then they have probably told you that being a member of Royal Prestige means that you can 'be your own boss', which is sort of true, to an extent. Royal Prestige is a multilevel marketing company, or MLM for short.

When you sign up to their system, you will become part of their company's structure. Your job will be to sell products for Royal Prestige, and you can do as much or as little of that as you want. So, you are your own boss.

When you sign up, you will likely be told that you will earn money from selling products.

This isn't strictly true. While you will earn some money from selling products, the bulk of your income comes from signing up people to the Royal Prestige system. You then collect a small commission every time that they sell a product.

This is what an MLM is. It is a sort of pyramid scheme (but not legally so), where people have to continue to recruit others to collect commissions. That money then passes up the pyramid.

What Products Can You Sell?

The vast majority of products in the Royal Prestige range are cookware products (e.g. pots and pans).

However, they also allow you to sell cutlery, air filtration systems, juicers, and pressure cookers. Basically, the company sells products for the kitchen and beyond!

Are Royal Prestige Cookware Products Good Quality?

This is where I struggle to answer the question.

The Royal Prestige products are of good quality, but they are also ridiculously expensive.

They would be of good quality if you were paying half of the price, but at the price that Royal Prestige charges, you aren't really getting value for your money.

I have read some complaints about the quality of the Royal Prestige cookware during the research of this review.

Not all of them were good, and Royal Prestige has had a few lawsuits filed against it in the past for the quality of their products. However, more recent reviews tend to be incredibly positive.

In my opinion, anybody looking to sell Royal Prestige products would struggle. It isn't so much because the products are poor, but the fact that you have to spend a ridiculous amount on them.

I am positive that you would struggle to find that many people willing to spend thousands of dollars on cookware, even if it were on a payment plan.

The high price does make sense, though. Due to all of the commissions involved, MLMs are going to always have expensive products for what they are.

How Do You Become Part of the Royal Prestige MLM?

You have to find somebody else that is a member of Royal Prestige to recruit you.

If you cannot find somebody to recruit you, then you will need to go onto the Royal Prestige website, they will match you up with somebody. It will be this person that gains a commission when you sell products.

How Much Does it Cost to Join?

You will need to spend a few thousand dollars if you want to join Royal Prestige.

This will buy you the starter kit. Unlike other MLMs, you will not have to pay for stock to sell it on, which is nice.

Is it Possible to Make Money with Royal Prestige MLM?

It is. I would say that it is probably a bit easier than most MLMs too. This is because you do not have to buy anything upfront, outside of the starter kit.

This means that, at the most, you are going to be a few thousand dollars out of pocket should anything go wrong.

Now, the only way to make money is to keep getting people signed up for the products and bringing in new people to the system (i.e. you sponsor people), so you probably will have to work a lot harder than you would in any other type of job.

I do want to point out, however, that you will have to be careful about who you sell products to. Royal Prestige offers payment plans on the cookware (as it is so expensive), but if your customer doesn't pay, then you will be charged for it.

If you sign up a few untrusted customers, you will be left out of pocket rather quickly.

As I said before, the main problem you will have with Royal Prestige products is selling them. Very few people have the funds to spend thousands on cookware. Especially during these times!

By all accounts, a lot of the people that sell these products successfully use underhanded tactics to make the sale.

I am positive that you will not want to be doing that, right?

Is Royal Prestige a Scam?

Royal Prestige is not a scam. If you join Royal Prestige, you will get something for your money. I cannot promise that you will make a profit with their system (you probably will not), but I will say that the potential to make money is there.

Although, to be honest with you, their income statements can seem a little bit 'off'. Don't expect to jump in and expect Royal Prestige to make you rich.

Pros

  • Good range of products
  • Brand name carries some weight
  • Products are of a decent quality
  • No need to constantly buy in stock
  • Potential to make money

Cons

  • Products are expensive for what they are tough
  • Tough to sell Royal Prestige products.
  • The real money is in recruiting
  • Can suffer financial penalties if your customers refuse to pay

Conclusion

While Royal Prestige is a slightly better MLM model than some other companies, I still caution you if you are considering it. This is because, at the end of the day, Royal Prestige is still an MLM.

If you want to make money, there are a lot more business opportunities out there that you can take advantage of. Options that will give you more control.

Better Alternative to MLM

Whether you are looking for a side hustle or job replacing income, there is no better time than now to start an online business.

An online business would cost you a fraction of what a traditional brick and mortar business would. On top of that, if you avoid MLM - you won't be pissing off your friends and family.

Most people that join MLM's "target" their friends and family first. Don't be that guy or girl, or whatever you identify as!

Avoid this MLM stuff - trust me!
