When it comes to YouTube personalities, Billy Gene is Marketing is easily one of the most recognizable.

Seemingly spending most of his time creating YouTube adverts to draw people to his channel,

Billy has carved out his only little niche where he teaches people to make money online.

His techniques may be a little bit different from what you have heard before, though. This guy is all about teaching people how to sell. Does it work? Let's find out.

Who is Billy Gene is Marketing?

Billy actually started out as a marketing company. It primarily dealt with Facebook marketing, while dabbling into a few other areas. It even started up a couple of affiliate sites.

Nowadays, the bulk of Billy's money is made from telling people how to do exactly what he did in the past i.e. how to design Facebook and other paid ads that generate clicks and, ultimately, put money in the pocket of business.

He probably does deal with clients like this on occasion, but the bulk of his money almost certainly comes from marketing his products.

Net Worth

It is tough to know just exactly how much money he is worth. By all accounts, his net worth is somewhere in the region of $9 million. I have no idea if it is anywhere in that area, but what I do know is that he sells a lot of products, and he had a lot of top-level clients in the past, so I wouldn't doubt that he has at least a few million in the bank.

I do want to point out that many people are not fans of Billy due to the way he talks. He certainly has carved out a niche with his fun-loving personality that is packed to the brim with swearing.

If you are the type of person that gets easily offended, then you probably do not want to be watching his content. It will take barely a minute before you let out a grimace. For me, I don't mind the swearing and occasionally do on my blog so I don't give a crap. See what I did there? 😛

Is Billy Gene a Scam?

I think one of the main purposes of this Billy Gene is Marketing review is to give an indication as to whether I genuinely believe that it is a scam or not.

I have done a lot of research into this, and while I wouldn't necessarily say that it is a scam, it is bordering on the point where you would be far better off picking up one of the other 'make money online' products that are available as seen below:

Recommended Courses

Affiliate Marketing

If you want to get into affiliate marketing and you're a newbie and don't want to drop a fortune on a course, take my advice here. Also, if you want to learn from a guy that knows his shit and actually makes money doing this and not just sells courses - check this out.

Dropshipping

Some dropshipping courses sell for $1000 or more. Not this one. And it directly competes with these ridiculously overpriced courses and in many ways is actually better. If ecommerce excites you, check this out.

Complaints About Billy Gene's Courses

The biggest complaints about Billy is that his products are somewhat lacking in content. They are products that sell well simply because he is good at marketing.

I am not saying that there isn't useful information in the products that he produces. There is. It is just not groundbreaking information that really justifies the price. It can make you money, but you could learn the exact same skills elsewhere for a lot less.

There are other issues that people have, which I personally do not have and thus there isn't any sense going into them because I can't say whether they are viable complaints or not e.g. being billed for services that have been canceled.

However, if you do sign up for one of his memberships, you will need to keep an eye out for that.

Products

It would impossible for me to go through absolutely every single one of BIlly's products in depth. This is because he has produced a lot of them.

He covers a lot of different niches, no doubt to try and pull in as many sales as possible. What I will do, however, is give you a brief overview of his products. This way you can see the types of things that Billy sells, and this will give you an idea as to whether there is anything in his arsenal which may be worth checking out.

Clicks into Customers 2.0 - $1497

This is a program, delivered via videos, which teaches you how to create PPC ads that convert. This also includes a ton of information on making landing pages, and even creating email lists.

Since this is where the bulk of BIlly's work has been over the years, it is safe to say that this is probably information that works.

Billy Gene's Gene Pool - $8613?

This is a mish-mash of content. It takes about a lot, although not in much depth, about everything from writing copy to producing videos and to making landing pages.

Basically, there are a ton of skills packed into this course. It is fair to say that this is the most popular course from Billy and the one that he does tend to push the hardest.

YouTube Advertising for Geneiuses $997

No. That is not a typo. It is what he calls people that follow him. This course covers YouTube ads. Again, something that is probably going to be somewhat beneficial to you if you're in this space.

Chances are that you actually heard about this content through YouTube ads, so you know that this guy knows exactly what he is talking about.

Sell Like a Geneius - $997

This course talks about closing the sale, whether it is over the telephone, on your website, or via email.

He says and I quote - this will make a "massive fucking difference" in your business. 😛

How to sell lots of anything with Webinars - $697

This course teaches you the fundamentals of running webinars, and how running a webinar can translate to sales in a plethora of different industries. You will be taught how to make webinars that convert, basically.

The Fundamentals of Live Streaming - $397

This talks about live streaming on Facebook and other platforms. Basically, just like a webinar, just a slightly different way to make money. Not 100% sure why this couldn't have been included in the course of the webinars, but each to their own.

The Geneius Accelerator

People paid $997 for a seat at this event. This virtual workshop showed people how to launch their first funnel, or their 20th funnel.

You could probably get training from Russel Brunson himself and put the $997 to almost a year of Clickfunnels.

Conclusion and Final Thoughts

As this Billy Gene is Marketing review shows; while his products do have the potential to make money, there isn't enough content there to justify the price that is being charged.

As a result, you will probably want to give them a skip....or pick them up at a massive discount, (he had some crazy deal going on for a bit) because at that point, you can just supplement them with other products. If I were you, don't do training overload. Focus on one course and ONE line of business to start.

Confused What to do Now?
